Newgentek, a leading national managed services, IT, cloud and AV provider, today named Patrick Tolliver as SVP of Customer Success, effective immediately. He brings over 15 years of experience in helping customers leverage technology solutions to drive their success.
 
Patrick will report directly to Newgentek’s CEO, Chon Nguyen, and will be leading Newgentek’s customer-facing efforts for all Managed Services customers. He will be responsible for customer success activities and outcomes, and will collaborate across teams both internally and externally to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.  
 
He joins Newgentek from Tampa-based IT Solutions provider, Vology, where he served as VP of Customer Success. In this role, Patrick and his team managed relationships across the globe with clients of all sizes and complexities with a laser focus on customer experience and success. Prior to Vology, Patrick built and ran IT organizations at several large companies. He spent 10 years as a consultant for Protiviti and Accenture, where he provided technology solutions and thought leadership for some of the largest companies throughout North America and beyond.

This move by Newgentek reinforces recent investments in people and technology to build a company dedicated to customer success. Nguyen engaged John Schmidt earlier in 2019 as SVP of Information Technology. Schmidt came from Synercomm, a cybersecurity and network engineering firm, where he acted as their Senior Solutions Architect. He brings years of experience in managing people and utilizing technology to benefit customers and will be working closely with Tolliver to ensure cross-functional alignment between teams.
 
Having recently been named Small Business of the Year in the Startup Category by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Newgentek continues to invest in strategic initiatives to fulfill the company’s mission to redefine standards of excellence and is positioned for expansive growth over the next decade.
